Membership meeting, important information to be discussed

This is an important meeting for all current, lifetime, and even future members to attend. We will be discussing costs of running, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the track facilities.

We will also be reviewing the cost of memberships, car registration, pit fees (driver and crew) for various events, visiting car pit entrance fees, and other very important related topics.

The board of directors want to be very open and transparent and give you the information you need to understand the costs of administering the track, and therefore, why the fees have been set at the current rates.
